Loved it mate. I have fond memories of Bornholm. Right where you camped, I woke up one morning with one of my sons and there were thousands of herring beaching themselves to get away from the salmon that were eating them. We were picking up herring and pinning them on a hook and getting a salmon a cast. Theer were Hundreds of birds feasting on the beached herring at same time, and big sharks out behind the salmon, incredible place. An old local told me once that the place is a "Hospital Reef" where injured and tired fish hold up till the next years, migration so there are always salmon there. I have never had any issues getting out, but I always camp overnight and travel out early while there is still some moisture in the sand.

That’s so cool to hear mate, such a special place. That would have been epic to witness, something to remember and a rare event for sure. We noticed leaving in the morning was definitely the way to go, the sand was a lot firmer than when we went in there the arvo before. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the vid🍻

Been fishing there for over 60years. Used to walk down the hill. The track was put in with a old grey Ferguson tractor. Bloody epic spot to fish

Great vid mate, looked like it might have been a bit dodgy getting back up the hill but the 200 was up to the task.
