The private owner of the bar allegedly asked you to leave but apparently you did not. Subsequently it would appear that the police were called to remove you from the premises. You were trespassing from the moment the owners told you to leave and did not. The police officers could have arrested you from inside the tavern and they would have reasonable suspicion to based on your trespassing and drunken and disorderly conduct. Instead for the sake of everyone’s convenience, they decided to give you a move on direction and if you complied then no issues would further arise. The officers need your identification to complete their job paperwork as well as checking that you don’t have any outstanding offences for arrest; as noted, you were reasonably suspected for trespassing and it’s standard practice to ask for identification in these cases. It is legally debatable that by not complying you further increase suspicion and therefore increase the likelihood they’ll arrest you and take you to the station for identification and questioning. Just make it easier for yourself and the cops, especially when you’re in the wrong; just produce your identification, it’s not like you’re some top secret spy with something to hide, and for those who are super righteous about their right to privacy, the government already collects all the data they need from your mobile phone and social media accounts. In summary: There’s no need to be a prick about it; the cops are just doing their jobs; they have a busy stressful job as it is; making it difficult only creates more problems. Storm in a teacup.

You need to give ID when required under a move along order. It's under the liquor licensing regulations. If you had to jump everytime certain people told you to do so, and you did not ask how high and you are punished as a result, that literally is the definition of a slave

Thank you for your suggestions but please don’t forget the fact that no one is above the law, not even the police. U see what’s happening now, not saying all the police are bad but very less know the law right and also very less have knowledge of the fact that they are there to protect and serve the public and community. As you can see I did give them the I’d which was not necessary as I didn’t break any “law” and even then if I did, I had the right to remain silence and not cooperate until a supervisor or a lawyer present but they escalated it and took the law on their own hand. Anyways love this country but the law has been blinded by the corporation we call the government atm. Once again I Thank you for your opinion. Best wishes

You can tell this young officer is very very inexperienced. He needs more training he keeps repeating his name, where his located and advising body cam. This means his training brain is consistently overriding his logical thinking and his not moving straightforward. I believe you give a person 3-4 times to compile and if the offender keeps talking over you I would arrest you

if the order is unjust and u have no right making an arrest ud have no job, it was harrasment. ud make a shit officer as well as u dont know the laws.

Yes the younger officer is quite but he is just as good as any other new recruit that has gone through the training and has worked hard to get his job
