I'm happy to watch this all again, as it's one of the best demonstrations of our RIGHTS. And of how clueless the police often are, especially when it comes to the basics of drone legislatation. I actually felt a tiny bit embarrassed for the police on this one. Well, only a really tiny bit. lol But more so, embarrassed for the state of police training overall, and about the unlawful detainment. I LOVE the fact that you flew the drone directly after being "undetained", to prove the principle. The more videos like this, the more people will start to get the message. They need to STOP expecting the worst from random members of the public on the street, who are doing a lawful activity. Ask questions, sure, as police it is their job to do that. But it's got quite bad now with things like the abuse of Section 1 of PACE (1984). The police keep spouting the usual line of "In this day-and-age", or "In the current climate", as it we hadn't already lived through 30+ years of "attacks" in the UK a it is. lol
@electronash8 ай бұрын
I do think it should also be a basic requirement of police training, and in law, that they MUST tell the member of the public what offence they are being suspected of / detained for. Obviously if the situation doesn't require immediate action (like somebody who is threatening/abusive, or has a weapon), then the person should be told which *section* they are being detained under. The police should never be allowed to say "We're just going to detain you here against your will, but we can't name the actual law that allows us to".

These two muppets need to be sacked for gross incompetence and malfeasance. While I do not object to you earning for your unlawful detainment & distress, I object HUGELY to my taxpayer money being spaffed away by these utterly incompetent petty tyrants.

Another inept narcissist from the gang. No wonder Couzin's thought he could act the way he could. The contempt for the public is breathtaking. I understand why the public have lost all confidence in the gang.

The police cannot "detain" you it's a bluff you are either under arrest or not, you and I are under no obligation to help the police investigate ourselves.

I was just about to ask who paid for those barriers, the private company or taxpayers when DJ actually asked that question on the video to plod.

It’s always a joy to see a couple of Constable Wallopers struggling with basic policing and an individual’s rights , but to know that they feel embarrassed enough to try hiding it means that they probably had to buy the donuts when the Inspector saw it 😂

This was class. He definitely wanted you arrested and the people inside the building. It's obvious the male cop does not trust the female cop. Asking to see the drone and numbers again. And they did detain you.

Definitely public interest. It's the presumption of illegal activity that is wrong - innocent until proven guilty should be the operating mantra

Best video you have done in ages, and they get it pulled! Clearly the hidden privacy complaint has come from quote a high up, influential source. Expect this upload to go exactly the same way.

Well, if "freedom is our birth right", how come we were registered to the system by our "informant" parent via the fraudulent Birth Certificate and are owned by the state? Nice story you believe in, but sadly untrue.

The police at this level are rather confused as to why they are being manipulated by their seniors and have no idea about any ulterior motive they may have.
