120 years ago very few Australians ate seafood; you couldn't buy it and if you did it wasn't fresh. It took Harald Dannevig, an energetic Norwegian to change our fishing industry and convince us to eat more fish. He then disappeared without a trace with his crew onboard the trawler Endeavour.
