Frutabela - Slovenia Bronhi - Croatia Casali schoko bananen - Austria Gorenjka - Slovenia Cockta - Slovenia Nimm2 - Germany Dragee keksi - Austria Choco nippon - no idea but Bali by Gorenjka is better. Cockta is a very famous Slovene drink. It was made as a Slovene/Yugoslav version of Coca Cola with all natural ingredients. It doesn't contain caffeine and phosphoric acid but caramelized sugar, vitamin C, rose hip and herbs. It was intruduced in the early 50's at a ski jumping event in Planica. Ski jumping, Planica, Cockta, potica, hiking, skiing and Oberkrainer music are quintessential Slovene things.

Also, Starbursts are blyech! The texture is horrible. Nimm2 Soft, Hitschler Softi and Šumi Fru Fru is where it's at. Šumi is another Slovene candy company. We don't make much candy here.

I’m from Slovenia, and it is called Ljubljanski grad=castle. The packaging of Cocta was first red but this year they changed it to blue. The only slovenian sweet you have eaten was chocolate Gorenjka, all the other ones sre from Austria or Serbia.😊

Flying The Nest Actually, don't listen to her. Frutabela, Cockta and Gorenjka are Slovenian. Bronhi are Croatian, Dragee Keksi are Austrian and Nimm2Soft and Schoko-bananen are German. You got a fine Central European mixture. Cockta and Gorenjka are Slovenian classics. I would recommend some Šumi candy or Fructal juices (from the makers of Frutabela). Cockta is weird for me too. Slovenes' go to fizzy drink are still Coca Cola and Pepsi, but Cockta is a classic from the former Yugoslavia (made in Slovenia).

Hihi “cocolada” - it’s not a c but a č so you can’t pronounce it like k. That should be obvious given the schoko bananas before. Chocolate is chocolate in every language and č is pronounced like ch.

Bronhi is croatian and I absolutely hate it! When you arrive to Croatia, make sure to try Kiki bonbons, Linolada (my fav, like nutella, but better) Bananko (banana sponge covered in chocolate, but much better than what you tried), Mikado (chocolate with rice), Bajadera and Dorina chocolate. Oh and Domacica cookies!

The last one was cooked dehydrated rice in the chocolate, the Gorenjka chocolate is my favorite because it is solely Slovene and produced on Gorenjska - the highland region of Slovenia, the name of the chocolate means a girl from Gorenjska and the pronunciation was mostly correct only leave out the "j" (Gorenka). And to finish "Nimm zwei" is German or Austrian even we Slovenes don't know.
