Autel IM608 IM508 How to find files, backups and chip reads

Hopefully this may help someone out as it is not the most intuitive system to navigate.
with the Autel / Auro IM range you can read and backup data either diagnostically or with the programmer. this is a quick overview of how to find it once saved

Can you transfer files from the pc to the IM?

Hi mate, love the video. I have a question.. Could you use this for reading an ECU? And then sending the file to a chip tuning company and then writing it back? I only do keys atm but i would like to get a bit more power out of my own van

Its very limited for reading ECUs. You could do some but it does not have cks, would need file supplier to correct in file.
