Hi mate, I'm just checking to see if you would have a copy of the software for the unit. I have recently updated the unit, and since updating, it has given me extra functions in terms of extra years, but at the same time, i have lost the full functionality of the unit. I was able to view live data, TCM, ECU etc. but since the update is no longer available. I have contacted autel, and they have advised that they dont have the older software and advised to see how if i can get a copy from someone who has one the same. Cheers

My OBD autel md802 updated. My machine doesn't work, so I want to find firmware v.2.60 Sys.Software v5.02 Hardware version v1.00. Can someone help or advise me on what I should do? Or is anyone able to send a backup file for me?

It does not do what a 3000 code reader will do, when yours displays codes starting 01 or 02 it means it does not know the exact fault and its offering a vague generic explanation & That will not happen with a top of the line machine.

Is this review a "out of box" or did you update unit prior to using? Do you have to update program or can it be used as is " out of box" I'm confused .
