Yes, Autel Robotics’ customer service is excellent. In fact, their technical support representatives have far exceeded my expectations. I returned a Mavic Pro (to the vendor from whom I had made the purchase) after having endured DJI’s woefully poor customer service. As an airline pilot with little tolerance for nonsense, I appreciate high-quality, well-constructed products such as the EVO aircraft. Although the remote control unit is not quite as robust as the aircraft, the design architecture features an intuitive, user-friendly interface between the aircraft and its components. In the event my experience with this Autel Robotics product and its customer support representatives should justify a negative commentary, I will immediately and stridently broadcast that fact.

The Ethernet port on ours is not enabled, and Autel has not produced an app for it Second the USB also seems to be disabled on ours. We can only get the HDMI output working, and then have to put the signal thru a video capture card to get it into a computer to webcast. So we can only sue one output rather than three. please explain.

I'll add to that as I discovered the same and contacted Autel. Those ports are "future use" but that isn't what is claimed in their website copy which is misleading. Great product but needs further development asap.

I've always heard Autel Robotics has great customer service as compared to DJI. I own a Mavic 2 and want to switch to the Evo.

thomas brisbane they are fantastic US based support out of Washington. Anyone saying Autel doesn’t honor warranties or are terrible are a DJI fanboy or probably works for DJI. Autel is great.

i have both the Autel Evo and Evo 2 pro. I use the Autel live desk a lot. The only video Autel put out on this is to short and dedicated mostly to the IOS. Thank you.

I bought Live Deck primarily because the web site copy stated it would stream to secured or broadcast servers. There is nothing in the users manual about how to accomplish this and support confirms this in response to my email query. The Evo is great, Live Deck a very good first attempt at remote display driver, but it's time for "Live Deck II" or "Live Deck Pro." For my public safety project I MUST have streaming capability to a custom URL via RTMP / RTSP and would pay double for it. Wifi would be nice too. I shouldn't need to buy a Teradek or Iseevy encoder to attach to Live Deck to accomplish this. While on the topic, if a "Live Deck II or Pro" isn't in the pipeline, how about add custom URL streaming to the Explorer App? I have no use for KZbin streaming. DJI offers custom URL functionality which is why I'm now testing the Mavic Enterprise 2 Dual and a tablet. Streams perfectly to an RTMP server for targeted distribution. The local FD I'm working with are also using ME2D and testing with us, streaming perfectly. Autel, you're missing the boat on this.

Got my Live Deck to connect to the Evo 2 only after updating the Live Deck firmware, which I only found out about after looking through user forums where others reported the same problem. It would be great if Autel made those things more clear from the get-go; the L/D manual is extremely thin and not very helpful.

The company does take very good care of there customers if you don’t like Autel take $1500 and get you a restricted DJI junk product and just wait until you deal with there shitty customer service anyway good luck to ya ... ​@@guysofly4315 Yes, you can absolutely use a switcher. As for the broadcasting, it depends on how you plan to broadcast it. What medium do you plan on broadcasting with? I have not broadcast live yet, but I can tell you, that the 'Live Deck' is awesome. I have not tested it's range though.
