I've been through about 10 different videos looking for a decent recipe and I think this is the one! Thank you.

I love your channel!! I’m a Louisiana girl, born and raised here and I have to say all your recipes are what I grew up eating (still do) I make red beans and rice all the time for my family now. Would love to see more videos and more good Louisiana cooking! If you have a recipe for chicken spaghetti, I would love to see it! 💘💜⚜️

Thanks for all the recipes!! I have already tried the dirty rice and your potato salad recipes. I feel like you’re a part of our family, love your approach and friendly demeanor. Like if you were one of my cousins showing me how to cook great food! Cheers!

Yasss! I have access to great andouille sausage, but being Bama born & breed, I'm partial to Conecuh sausage. I like the fact that you also use smoked paprika. I love the smokiness it imparts. I also add Chipotle seasoning & Sazon. Really enjoyed your video. Thanks for posting & looking forward to more!

I agree with you about adding salt but what do you think about adding the salt when they are soaking overnite, seen a lady do that in other video, she called it brime and claims the red beans were tender & flavorful, I presume she rinsed the beans after soaking which would have removed the salt 🧂

Ummmmm.... Can you say "NEW SUBBIE????" Let me ask you something, do they sell pickled pork for flavoring where you're from? I hear that in Nawlins that SOME use pickled pork or beef in their RB & Rice. I'm in key West, FL and I can't find it ANYWHERE except for the pickled pork snacks (red Smith pickled sausage & pickled pigs feet), but I don't think that would taste so good in RB & Rice. Please let me know... Your recipes are sensational btw😘
