AUTHENTIC CHINESE KHANA by CHINESE WIFE for INDIAN FAMILY

We are visiting our parents in India and thus cooked chinese food for my Indian parents and sister-in-law. They really loved it even though my MIL found it difficult to eat with chopsticks 😅
Chinese food recipes in this video:
Coke Chicken 可乐鸡翅 (ke le ji chi)
Ingredients: chicken wings 8-12 pieces, one can of coke, soya sauce, 2-3 pieces of garlic, oil
Make the pan hot, medium heat
put oil
add sliced garlic, sautee for 15-30 seconds
add chicken wings, sautee until the meat turns golden
add two-three table spoons of soya sauce (according to taste), sautee for 30 seconds
pour entire can of coke, cover the pan
cook it with the cover on for 15-20 mins
then take off the cover, turn to high heat, cook for another 5-10mins to let the water evaporate (keep stirring the chicken so that it doesn’t get sticky to the pan)
Done
Stir Fry Cabbage 清炒圆白菜 (qing chao yuan bai cai)
Ingredients: 500g Cabbage, 2-3 pieces of garlic choppped
Make the pan hot, medium heat
put oil
when oil is hot, put sliced Cabbage and chopped garlic
sautee for 3-5mins
add salt according to taste
Done
Fried egg with tomatoes 西红柿炒鸡蛋 (xi hong shi chao ji dan)
Ingredients: 3-4 pieces of eggs, 2-3 pieces of tomatoes, oil, salt, sugar, ketchup
Make the pan hot, medium heat
put oil
when oil is hot, put stirred eggs into the pan to fry the egg
add tomatoes
sautee for 5 min until the tomatoes become juicy and soft
add one teaspoon of sugar
add salt and ketchup according to taste
Done
Fried sweet potato glass noodles with vegetable 蔬菜炒红薯粉 (shu cai chao hong shu fen)
Ingredients: 500g sweet potatoes glass noodles, 400 g various vegetables, 3 pieces of garlic chopped, light soya sauce, sugar, white sesame
Boil the glass noodles until cooked (5-8 mins)
Take out the noodles, rinse in cold water and let it stay in old water
Make the pan hot, medium heat
put oil
when oil is hot, put chopped garlic
sautee for 30 secods
put vegetables in, sautee until cooked
add the noodles (without water)
mix the vegetables with noodles
add sugar and soya sauce according to taste
sprinkle some white sesame on top

@nothing nothing Chinese food in india is indianised or desi Chinese as we call it dishes like manchurian , chilly potatoes etc .after native food of region second common food are these dishes. But even in good restaurants it is hard to find authentic Chinese food
