WE LOVE YALL ❤ The Sauce 1/2 - 1 stick of butter (unsalted) 4 cloves of garlic (chopped or minced) 2 1/2 - 3 cups heavy whipping cream 2 cup parmesan cheese , freshly grated 1 tsp lemon zest or juice 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tbs freshly chopped parsley, used in small portions at a time salt and pepper to taste The Noodles fresh authentic fettuccine will give you the best result you can boil them for 2-5 mins and then add to pasta OR ADD pasta to sauce 7 or so mins before the sauce is turned off Watch closely so the noodles won't over cook!
