Simple and quick. Trick is to soften the meat. Tomatoes do not help that process. But its a good recipe.

I only know food from point of view of 'eater.' So. When I see the 2 cup of water go in to pan with mutton, I always reminded that I squeamish about thing like 'soup noodle' with thin broth/soup. It look like scary, kinda like super 'plain' looking. I Asian, and I like boil chicken, but water and chicken in pot, a scary sight. I looking at this clip, cuz of finish product. So. At about 5:30, it start to look appealing. 6:00. It start to look really good. Then at 6:20. It a grand dish.

Achi kawaish. Bs pani adha cup kaafi tha. Kio k mutton me apna pasni zyada hota hai or halki anch se khudi gal jati hai. Dosra adrak blkul bhe na dalen. Lehsin bhe wo nhi dalte. Lekn agr dalen to koi muzaeqa nhi..

جس خانساماں کی ایجاد چرسی تکہ تھی ۔۔۔ وہ چرس پینے کا عادی نشئی تھا ۔۔۔ اسکا نام کم لوگ جانتے تھے مگر نشے کی عادت سے سب واقف تھے ۔۔ اسی بنیاد پر لوگ کہتے تھے کہ چرسی کا تکہ کمال کا ھے جو وقت کے ساتھ چرسی کا تکہ سے عرف عام چرسی تکہ اور پھر چرسی کڑاھی میں تبدیل ہو گیا ۔۔۔ یہ مختصر سا بیک گراؤنڈ ھے ۔۔ ایک روایت کے مطابق یہ اس علاقے سے آئی ھے جہاں چرس کا کاروبار عام تھا اور اس کے نشہ کرنے والوں میں سادا انداز میں پکا گوشت کھانے کی روایت ھے ۔۔ کیونکہ بعض کے مطابق چرس پینے والا اگر مٹن کھائے تو نشہ کے برے اثرات زائل ھو جاتے ھیں ۔۔۔
