Authentic WAAKYE STEW , Easy , Yummy , Perfect WAAKYE STEW

Hey besties , here’s the recipe for waakye stew
Ingredients and measurements;
BEEF BOILING
Can be season according to the quantity of the proteins
Salt (5ml)
Seasoning powder (1 /2 tablespoon)
Rosemary powder (1 teaspoon)
Aniseed powder ( almost a teaspoon )
Garlic cloves (2 pieces )
Ginger (small chunks)
Water (1 and the half cups)
ONION MIX
5 small green scotch bonnet peppers
Ginger chunks
Garlics cloves (7 pieces )
Red & White onion (2 medium each)
30ml of water
Aniseed powder ( 1 teaspoons)
Rosemary (1 teaspoons)
WAAKYE STEW
1 cup of cooking oil
1 tin of tomato puree ( 410g)
4 medium fresh tomatoes
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium carrot
15ml of water
1/2 cup of meat broths
1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 tablespoons of seasoning
1/2 teaspoons of aniseed powder
1/2 teaspoons of rosemary powder
