So it's convenient to use your phone as an alarm, and then you're tempted to interrupt the natural state of waking up with yourself. Hence why many people are not connected with their internal clocks. The clock that makes a motivated person wake up early, and/or when they want to wake up. Even though I haven't read it, he's speaking so clearly and I understand it. I definitely recommend this book.

I love the interview but we can all agree that White folks and Black folks are very different in American Society. I think more poor black people watch or listen to The Breakfast Club than poor White folks.
