No, parable does have the meaning.... The point is just to cause people to think, not to fall in relativistic worldview.... Does he himself had his interpretation? Think about that... 😮

Jesus certainly had intention in mind with each story but in choosing the Jewish genre of mashal (parable) to teach he opens up the meaning to the audience. And here we are 2000 years later still wrestling with what he taught us.
