Have you been to Alhambra? It's a lot of small streets and near a valley/hill. Leaving him alone was really the best choice and they actually ended up leaving undercover police officers up to it.

That's a lie. Many city's aren't allowed to do high speed pursuits unless the person committed a violent felony like murder or attempted murder. It's about public safety.

The LAPD has to stop these chases quick. The longer they go on, the higher the risk for the public. I am one of them. It's very sickening to watch long chases that result in accidents, injury and worse. We in L.A. pay very high taxes. Part of those taxes pay for police. The LAPD must start doing a better job on the roads. We pay to be better protected than this.

As retired law enforcement I get frustrated watching California officers not do their job but then I realize that California is so "pro criminal" that the offender is released before the officer finishes his paperwork. No incentive to make arrests

I really dont have to leave my house for anything. When I was a kid, we watched as the LAPD chased a guy and they flew by us and we never knew what happened. Now we can watch it all unfold. Need to keep taping from the time of arrest until the actual booking. Thats next
