Yeah I’d think so as well the tape is red and there is no sign of any EMS in like 5-7 min which is irregular…but might be cause of traffic. However I’d say he hit the concrete running hard 😓 crime doesn’t pay it taxes.

That was excellent work by law enforcement...Everyone was wondering where the law enforcement was..He stopped that truck opened his door and run in that building and there they were..Seconds is all it took them..Great job and they did not get hurt...And Stu was excellent...The best in the business...You can tell he doesn't smoke, actually I don't think he breaths....lol...The Best he is...

the driver was driving so crazy, if law enforcement chased him he would have killed someone..so they backed off out of sight, but they were there as always....Great job.@@marjoriecohn3868

I'm glad that someone is talking in this video. I can understand the "frustration" that a police helicopter is also in your space, but have you tried some drone alternatives? Nowadays, you can just "lock" the camera at a veacle or a person, and it will follow the target.

If you live in California and you flee from police your chances of escape is much higher than most because of the lame Policies given to their police that they don't allow the PIT maneuver but on the other hand if they get a Helicopter involved your chances of escape are about slim to none of getting away so do the right thing don't be a idiot and flee.
