On Thursday, August 22, 2024, Gloucester Township Police was honored once again to be visited by our friend, Alex Mann, a 24 year old from Chester County Pennsylvania, who is a proud supporter of Police! 😀💙
Since October 1, 2018, Alex has traveled around the country visiting Police Departments to promote autism awareness. He first came to Gloucester Township Police in August 2022, which was his 240th police department visit, and on June 17, 2024 he visited his 500th police department! Great work, Alex! ❤️💚💛💙
During Alex's second GTPD visit on Thursday, Chief David Harkins presented him with a GTPD Class "A" uniform, hat, and challenge coins. Following a tour of GTPD Headquarters, Alex met Gloucester Township Mayor David Mayer, then enjoyed lunch with Chief Harkins, Lt. Paul Fisher, and Cpl. John McHugh! ❤️💚💛💙
