Labeling someone with a severe anxiety disorder and or these multiple symptom labeled conv illnesses without testing for tick diseases, environmental illnesses and like diseases is misdiagnosing. This happened to me where I was put on ssri s and then the Cymbalta like meds without testing me for the actual causative diseases and or illnesses first just makes things worse yrs later. These meds treat a couple symptoms but the cause gets worse and cause all these symptoms. So the treatments are actually antimicrobials and treatments that treat mold and heavy metals. As in my case and I'm sure many many others. Get tested properly for an actual pathogenic diseases and or environmental illnesses which cause these labeled conv illnesses months or yrs later. Telling someone that they need counseling and or meds when it could actually be a tick disease, environmental illnesses causing these mental health type like illnesses and the others is just half a..ing it.

It seems like cognitive behavioral therapy gets frequently recommended for sleep, anxiety, etc... One of the key deficits in autism is communication. I feel like this understanding is limited among professionals. The ability to speak is not the same as having a grasp of language concepts. These subtitles are often missed. It caused CBT to feel psychologically damaging. I knew my thinking was bad, and during therapy at age 10, I realized the therapist also knew. I didn't understand this therapies intention. I avoid CBT because I feel the shame it brought up.
