I recently started watching your shorts and I was very excited when I saw that you guys came to Asheville. I live in Asheville and really love it here. Summers here are hot and humid. If you want some nice whitewater action, you got to check out Nantahala Gorge outside of Asheville and Sliding Rock, it is a natural waterslide. I love the fall and spring cause it's not so humid. I can't wait for you all to come back and see what adventures you get into in my city.

You had a Billion dollar view! So vast, so open and free. The music, the gems and drums, the grand fireplace, in the evenings everything just a perfect peaceful place to be! One of the qualties I love about Gabe is that he never just puts on a smile for the camera. His smile shines right from his soul when he is happy. It's so contagious and I can't help but smile with him! Spring break? Well my ❤ water pipe is still frozen up here at the top of Vermont, so we're not there quite yet. There’s a gingerbread house competition at the Omni Grove Park Inn every year that my wife and I go to. It’s a lovely hotel, and it was cool to actually see the rooms! We love Asheville, and only live an hour away/

I've only recently discovered Gabe's videos. And I am glad he enjoyed his vacation. And what a Great family he has. I am Disabled, and pretty much confined to staying close to home. And I have lost both of my parents so am alone now with the exception of a few very wonderful friends who help me keep going in my life. And Gabe's videos put a smile on my face, and help me also . All my best to him and his family.

Hey guys, thank you for sharing your special family times with us. ❤ I'm no health professional, but I wonder if there are elements here of arrested development. Arrested development happens when someone experiences something traumatic that stops them dead in their tracks that causes them to make a conscious or unconscious decision not to approach something again. And what can be dismissed as insignificant to a adult can be life damaging/pausing to a young developing mind that considers themself to be in some risk of danger if they proceed further/try something again, and/or done something significantly wrong to the point they daren't do it again, but there are also perceptions in that mix too. A young developing mind might consider it has done something wrong because of x, y, z but in fact it was due to a, b, c if that makes sense. Love is the way forward, it is healing and reassuring from a place of security and stability... It was interesting to watch Gabe refuse to hug your significant other back in this video. It was as if he felt it not right to do so, (was it because he thought it might be disloyal to Mum, or maybe a feeling of being second rate and not belonging/worthy and therefore inappropriate to hug back). Hugging should be natural, it's a display of love and reciprocating that love. It's a moment of mutual understanding shared. It's so easy to see someone's physical age and then try and bridge the gap of years by training/educating them to fill those current shoes, but development is very much one step/foot in front of the other. There are no short cuts, there is no instant fixes. For someone to progress, it has to be from their foundation of knowledge and understanding, or things can even become counter productive. Again love is "universal" (one size fits all), and also "healing". A warm loving embrace between Mum and Son coupled with a peck/kiss on the forehead may have the potential to do wonders. What is there to lose? Hope this has been of some help and food for thought. Much love and respect to you all. ❤
