Very impressive. The LS oil pan you showed actually looks a lot like the Dailey Engineering/VAC motorsports oil pan I had for my S85 V10. The design and quality makes me wonder if it's AutoVerdi that manufactures it for them.
@petrzem49593 жыл бұрын
No, Dailey makes it in house in USA, Auto Verdi system is lets say inspiration from Dailey :D. But this system were seen on some rally kitcars in 2000´s..

Rob Dahm needs to get one of those pumps if he doesn't already. Supposedly he had a dry sump oil pump failure at his first half mile event with the 4 rotor. I hope the ecu shut it down before any damage was done!

Too bad there is no way to contact you directly. You are doing an amazing job, video wise but also with the informative engineering. I honestly love your video’s, the way you talk about engineering and get happy when you see good engineering makes my day! Yes people... Pay close attention @6:55... more directly @7:00... The timed wood drift key slots... that is critical.... pending how many pumps are in line, of that type of lobed pump system... if not, you will have surging and or pulses of under pressure and worst of all, over pressure.... I had another brand of pump that was for a machine collection system, that would vibrate, and rip itself to shreds in very short time, and this machine was every bit the cost of $200K USD.. and we couldn't figure out what was going on each time it failed... until the service call for a new inline pump came up to be replaced the replacement unit a year later.. and all the vibrations went away, the destructive pulsing was gone... .. If each pf the pumps is its own system, or is a low RPM's, then not a big deal, but if either of the intake or output side share feeds channels, Make sure these lobes are timed... Kinda like how they showed at this time stamp @7:00... good luck

I have said this before, but Volvo's are the best car ever made. I have one sitting in my garage right now.
@nickturner28133 жыл бұрын
Why do you keep saying it when it clearly isn't true? There are many cars just as well-built as Volvos and many that are better-built. Your having one in your garage sure doesn't make them the best cars ever made! He's getting parts for his *Lamborghini engine* , didn't you notice that *nothing whatsoever* in this video had anything to do with the quality of Volvos?
