The Kia had a sharpie note on the upper right side of the windshield that said "KEY IN OFFICE". That is probably why you couldn't find the key.

I believe the first Ls1 for Camaro/ firebird was in 98. But it was detuned from the corvette which had 345 hp to 305

For some odd reason the AC in Dodge's takes it's time getting cold. My Dodge's AC takes a full minute or two before it gets cold, but once it gets cold it'll freeze you out.

Those 2.3 L Ford 4 Cyls are nearly indestructible! It doesn't surprise me that it almost has 300 K. I had a Milan with the same engine and mileage a while back. I believe they are a Mazda based design.
