AutoCAD Raster Design Image Cleanup

sir, i can't find RASTER TOOLS in AutoCAD 2016. how can i add this tool to this version?

Thanks. Wouldn't it be easier to just use the 'ALIGN' tool and then align the whole image?

The "Align" function does not remove fisheye or pincushion lens distortion... Rubber sheet does....

For those who do not know raster, this will not mean a whole lot. I see that you fixed the grid to line it up but still do not know how you did it bc the tools you used were not explained. I don't know why you used what you used in the video. This video will only make sense to those who already know how to use raster.
