I have just got my TVS Jupiter 125 and am home after riding 18 kms. Too early to judge but here's what I discovered. 1. The brakes are soft and lack bite. 2. Right from the moment you start the scooter you can feel the vibration in the handles. You can feel the vibration increase as soon as you accelerate. You can feel the vibration even in the seat. Now that I have bought the Juppi I suppose I will have to just get used to it.

The point is these scooters are ment for city riding. Power doesn't matter much in city but comfort and luggage space does. So I will go with jupiter. Moreover both the tyres are 12 inches.

Used Jupiter 110 since 2015. It's been super reliable & almost zero maintenance scooter despite hard abuse. Planning to keep it at my native place now. Based on my good experience with Jupiter I am planning to buy new Jupiter 125 for my daily use.

Drove the Jupiter 125 and Suzuki access back to back Jupiter 125 - when you accelerate hard (full throttle) - it vibrates really bad Access handles it very well in terms of refinement at any throttle position Jupiter 125 was soft and plush - access 125 was slightly on the harsh side

Remember Mahindra Rodeo 125, It had a class leading feature lists at that time. 1. Front Fueling. 2. Digital Instrument Cluster(7 changeable colours, odometer, rpm meter, trip , clock) 3. Under seat light. 4. Front mobile charger. 5. Refined engine.

18 Features better than Activa 6G / 125 in TVS Jupiter 125. Jupiter 125 features: 1. Double underseat storage (Boot space). 33 liter. 2. Front fuel filling. No need to ask your pillion lady to get down while fuel filling also you are main person to open and close lid and watch fuel filling aslo. In Activa, problematic fuel lid cover which opens automatically while riding and also you'll be in doubt if the petrol pump guy closed lid properly or not. 3. All in one lock (5 functions) with single main key to open Fuel lid, Storage under Seat, On, Off and Lock 4. Long spacious seat. 5. Gas filled rear shock absorber. Drove 60km non stop, no back pain. 6. Finger type brake lock. 7. EZ Center stand they call it (Patented). Less effort required to put it on Center stand. 8. 2 trip meters 9. Longer foot board. 10. Good footrest for pillion: Shame on Honda. It launched 3g 4g 5g 6g still this problem not solved. When my friend comes with an Activa and I sit back, I cannot remove the footrest by leg. I have to ask him to stop and then remove footrest by hand. Jupiter 125 don't have this problem even with accessories (extra fitting) installed. 11. USB charging port at front. 12. Light reflector in Pillion Handle. 13. Both tyres 12 inches. 14. No special tool required to adjust rear 3 step Shock absorber. Screw driver can do it. Honda did not provide pin spanner with Activa to adjust shock absorber level. Again shame on Honda. 15. Can easily carry gas cylinder (lying position) on footboard. 16. Secured luggage hooks. Absent in Activa 6G. Present in Activa 125. 17. No Frame number lid/cover. How stupid of Activa for giving this lid which can be easily removed or lost. TVS covered it under the seat (near seat lock levers). 18. Better Idling stop system. In Activa 125 it requires to ride 10 km speed to activate this system. In Jupiter 125 it is quick just ride below 1 meter. Honda, beg, borrow or steal some brains from TVS the Indian.

I couldn't believe this video even finished in a blink of an eye......I rode the old Access, but I recently rode the Burgman street, it's engine is the highlight...but practically that is very comfortable......but I would go with Jupiter....for it's immense space and practicality.

Tvs gave petrol tank back without opening seat and then access and activa started. Ntorq is again copied by Suzuki by introducing Avnis. Lets see all scooter companies copy this jupiter 125. I purchased Jupiter 125. Running very smoothly like access. tvs is Indian company and should give a try. I loved the vehicle all features are user friendly and very usefull for family to bring household. Very big seat and very comfortable to sit. Guys get a test drive. You will really love. And average is also very good around 50 to 55.

I currently own an Activa 125 and have ridden it for about an Year on hilly terrains for about 5000 kms. I am thinking of getting another 125cc scooter and read the specs of Jupiter 125 but still feel Activa 125 to be preferrable because of the reliability and metal body. Here is the detailed comparison of most of the points based on my experience: 1. Brand: Honda is a better trusted brand in India than TVS 2. Service: If you feel the after service of Honda is great then you are wrong. I have completed 3 services of Activa and I would rate the Honda Service at Kanchan Honda in Saki Naka Mumbai at 2/5. After sales service in scooters is a big gimmick in India and I know all the brands just fail. 3. Body: A full metal body is anytime better for hard impact accidents. I had a big dent on the front and it was repaired and repainted to look new for about 1000 rs. You have to replace a fibre body as it will break. Jupiter has metal in some parts and not complete metal. 4. Braking: I feel braking is a segment where Activa 125 is way behind. I have tested the braking of Access 125 and it was great. I have the disk brake version of Activa 125 and it is a big dissappointment. 5. Fuel Efficiency: Almost all the leading scooters in the segment deliver the same average. A difference of 3-5 kms should not be a big factor in 125 cc utility scooter segment. Average should not be the deciding factor to pick one over the other. Jupiter is very feature rich and if the same scooter was launched by Suzuki or Honda with a full metal body, I would have gone for it. If you've had a good experience with TVS and the fibre body doesn't matter much to you, do go for Jupiter 125. Cheers.

I have 2019 model, BS4 of the Access 125, it is giving me more than 40kmpl still. I go from Delhi to Gurgaon on a daily basis, the BS6, would easy be able to achieve 55 kmpl. Love the access

Buying experience was very good, the staff at TVS Shelar Sinhagad road were very helpful. Riding experience has been like an roler coster, most of the time there is one or other serious issue with the scooter, but the ergonomic and ride quality is quite good. Both looks and performance are very average, nothing to crib or bost about. Servicing and maintenance is very high, apparently it's higher then my car. Pros:- lots of useful features, smooth engine. Cons:- Unreliable, had to used RSA 3 times in 2 years, side stand sensor malfunction from day one, have to change parts on regular basis, on two occasion almost met with accident due to technical issues. Have tried contacting TVS about it but still no response from their end

Great review, and the verdict is quite right. Jupiter has better ride quality, handling and overall value for money. But i would like to tell you that my Jupiter 125 is giving me more fuel economy than you have mentioned, even in highway. In fact many reviews of jupiter 125 have shown its economy to be higher than access 125 and activa 125. So i don't know how you're saying that it's actually less than access, but it's not accurate.

Go for access. It has a reliable engine and good service and has an edge over Jupiter when it. Comes to Jupiter However if ur main priority is transportation and storage and if u are willing to let go perfomance and reliability for these features,then u may choose Jupiter

Bought the Jupiter 125 in Delhi last month. The boot light is an optional accessory even in the top model and does not come as standard on the Jupiter 125 😕 All the review and media units had it installed but it's not included in the retail units unfortunately.
