Mini Cooper is easily one of the most recognized cars in the world. While they are quite fun and a pleasure to drive, new owners will want to be on the lookout for a few common problems Mini Cooper owners are likely to face :- 1. Transmission Problems and Failure. 2. Movement in the Timing Chain Can Create Noise and Vibration 3. Electric Power Steering Pump 4. Variable Valve Timing (VVT) Issues 5. Clutch Failure 6. Water Pump and Thermostat Housing Leaks 7. Electrical wires getting burnt and fused together because of heat Reliability sucks when it comes to Mini's... Hopefully this is better built... God help those who invest 40 Lakhs in them... But if someone is buying this car for 40 Lakhs... I'm pretty sure he has a lot of money to spare for repairs ;-)
