energizing orb or charger which one would be faster for charged certus quartz?

ive found the energizing orb is faster, but with the new AE2 update, im not sure if the charger is faster

are you only able to get sky stone from meteorites, or is there a secret way?

You can get sky stone dust by using annihilation panes at sky limit. So make a mini Me at that height, set up the annihilation panes, and mine away.
