thank you! I finally understand how to use edge and extrude now. Im not exactly a beginner I have made things but i stuck to dynamics and primitives bc I haven't really been able to model very well yet.

Just remember to be careful what area (edges) you select and when you are finished to click on the arrow tool (Selection Tool) to end the action of the Insert Edge Loop Tool. It does take practice, so hang in there.

you're totally misteaching the difference between relative and equal options and also you can not show it on a perfect cube.
