Ok a couple of things: Why are you comparing ready-mixed coolants with concentrates? Of course they will have different properties. The concentrates should've been mixed with 50% distilled water to get actually comparable results. It seems like you've diluted the ready-mixed ones for the freezing test, which obviously changes their freezing point unsuitably high. A proper 50/50 mix should always stay liquid even at about -36C with most fluids anyway. Just unbelievable.

Its just to sell coolant.

Why didn't you test K2 fluids for freezing and boiling?

Would I be correct to think that boiling resistance would be even greater in cars pressurised coolant systems? Are all cooling systems pressurised?

Yes, you are thinking right.

Well I have used mannol's g12+ coolant in my previous car. It had no issue during a 35 Celsius ( it's quite hot actually ) long highway drive or standing in a traffic jam of the same exterior temperature or during winter (winters weren't that cold). I filled in my another car and I have experienced the same. So it's still doing its job just fine. Maybe I will have the freezing temperature checked before the winter.
