The CX30 had to replace the CX3 for many analysts. In fact it is still here and sold. I choose one instead of CX30 because of its aesthetic (too much plastic on the 30’s side), his weight (200 kg less than the 30), and the more simple and reliable Skyactiv G than the X (which is the best engine for the 30). In fact my kids are away and the CX3 is a great car for us, very pleasant to drive. It has been several times made better by Mazda (sound, suspension, G vectoring, interior, seats) and is now perfectly reliable. It gives fuel economy (6,5l/km), and the engine very pleasant in cool driving and for little fun (sport mode with AT). This car really meets my needs for 10000€ less than the CX30, and is a great value for money. It’s a great advantage for me, which is more important than the CX30 novelty.

CX-3, probably the only 'suv' you can heel and toe in! Simple and efficient, when you push these things they feel good - compare it to other crossovers or larger SUVs and it's night and day. 100hp/tonne isn't bad either.

I own a 2019 model and after two years it still feels brand new - great driving experience, dynamics, engine, interior quality - the only "not so good" thing is the fuel economy, but other than that is totally worth the money.

I wish Mazda (and all manufacturers) offered more than just white or black leather for their high end interiors. Tan, blue, green leather options would be great. I'm so tired of seeing black and grey exteriors too. In my building underground, you just see white, black and grey exteriors. Great review from Thomas. Just seeing another grey vehicle with a black interior got me thinking.

Still the best looking crossover in the B-segment after 5 years. Also keeps its value very well. I prefer the looks over the CX-30 but would save more for that one, it's way more upscale from the inside and with a better infotainment system

On the outside this car still looks modern and I really like it. I drive a new Mazda 3 and the interior is much better than in this car which I think is its biggest drawback. I think the cx30 would be a better choice for most. Great review as always Thomas.

Mazda Cx-3 and Mazda 2 share the platform and interior of a car developed in 2015 and enhanced during 2017 and 2018 (Mazda 2 only). The interior is clearly old gen such as the 6, CX-5,8,9 are. There's only 3 new cars based on a single platform (3,CX,MX-30) wait for 2 and CX-3 (which may change names due to new branding), and prepare for, 6,CX-5,8 and 9. CX-3 should be named CX-20 and be launched during September 2021.

New key fob and seats ? Well Mazda could have updated the Mazda Connect to the lastest as per the new CX-30 and 3, remove the cd player for more smartphone room, windshield HUD, and interior led bulbs. @@Tomoyo0827 NA engines in combination with petrol are for people who like driving and have a high level of self respect. There is a reason why people like Mazda, but if you never owned or drove one, it would be a waste of my time to explain..
@skagerstrom3 жыл бұрын
@@Tomoyo0827 N/A =Honest consumption. Try to drive a TSI in real life and get those magic low numbers. It's also cheaper for the customer and one less complex system that can break. About the old diesels - it's as much of a new engine as there needs to be. It has a much lower compression ratio than an conventional diesel, and fancy injectors that can change spray patterns depending on load. I don't know how much that was carried over from the old diesels - but does it matter as long as it works? Cause it works. Compared to ze germans with their turbo failures and.. lets say trouble to get the cars through testing... SkyActive-G are all new engines though for sure. Or new... New when they came in 2012. And lo and behold - they work too.
