Traction control has gotten me in serious binds and stuck horribly everytime i forget to turn it off, it will not do you any favors in mud, momentum is your friend! Traction control is great for not sliding off alippery pavement.

I don't think conclusions about TC is an either or. It seems so many likes to emphasize the 1% of situations where TC off will help.

I thought trac off + vsc off is only needed when I was to do donuts on snow. All other scenarios I've played with 4wd + mtm or atrac or diff lock 😄😄😄

I have to go up 7 steep hills on my daily commute. Is traction control the reason my Toyota Corolla feels so sluggish. Sounds like traction control should be turned on my the owner when needed, not the manufacture automatically having it on for each ride.

Not a great demo as a steeper hill you will see a much greater difference between it working well or not Arb4x4 about 15 years ago did a test of lsd, traction control and arb lockers worth looking at
