Renault history and evolution / 1898-2020

In this video, you will be able to witness the 112-year history and evolution of Renault.
Louis Renault, which started producing cars with his brothers Marcel and Fernand in 1898, managed to design dozens of new models until the First World War. Although Renault had some difficulties after World War II, it managed to recover itself later. Between the years 1940 and 1980, legend models such as Dauphine, Renault 8, Renault 4, Renault 5 and Renault 12 were produced and became a world giant. Continuing its growth after 1980, Renault has increased its reputation especially with sporty models such as Renault 5 Turbo. By the 1990s, many Renault models were introduced to the market in addition to small cars such as Twingo and Clio. Rarely produced models such as Avantime and Sport Spider managed to carry collection value. In the 2000s, new models were produced one after another. Today, Renault has an assertive model in almost every class. Renault Sport models are considered the best among competitors. Renault is also known as a specialist brand in commercial vehicles.
