​@@JamesQQuick I used to! In this automation you would need to. To be completely honest, I've migrated all of my automations to Airtable -- I use incoming webhooks and write simple scripts for any service that doesn't integrate directly!

Man oh man for a non coder with A.D.D. following along can be frustrating trying to find my errors. Somehow there is no “error” but it won’t add the delta. Could something other than expected publish date, post publish date or delta prevent it from adding the delta?

Hey Chrissy! Appreciate that. I don't need to 'store' videos anywhere because I livestream (so they're recorded directly on youtube) but when I work on on-demand videos I use Google drive and then upload the final version to Airtable

@@LivingLuxuryinNorthDallas For this automation to work (sending to KZbin from Airtable via Zapier) you have to have the file uploaded in an attachment field! That said, until it's final, I usually just include the google drive folder URL so I can quickly access the video

Awesome demo. I have 2 questions: 1 - Why did you need to have the video as an attachment field in airtable and then upload the video manually? Can it not work from a link to Dropbox/Google drive? Is that a limitation of zapier or an auth issue from YT? 2 - Once you have it in KZbin as private, can the live Premiere option still be selected when you are done adding tags and end cards etc? Thanks

Hey Jasmine! 1- That is how the zap works! You could technically have a dropbox/google URL but I think it would have to be a public URL 2- I believe so! I default it to unlisted, I do believe you can set it as premiere after it has been set as unlisted. disclaimer: have never used premiere :)

is there another solution that's completely free? the webhooks on zapier is premium usage only unfortunately :/

Hi Andrew! Instead of the webhook, you can use "when record enters a view" trigger in Zapier which is available on the free plan. Create a view for "ready to publish to youtube" and tie the automation to that view. Hope that helps
