@@howardmathews5572 Yes, would highly recommend subtitles on all shorts. A lot of people watch without sound and even if you do watch with sound subtitles help for understanding a lot.

can i use template on that text? That will be awsome. somthing like select as many as caption i want and apply a poop style aparition of subtitle, and other segment scroling them from top with templete from envato or so.

Yep, you can create a preset for animation. Check out my other videos, I made one on animating captions and creating a preset.

Hello. At the beginning of the video in the part let's jump right in the words change color. did you use any effects?

Good question. I didn't use any effects. It's the same technique I showed in the video, just with one extra step. Just cut the auto-generated captions at each word using the cut tool. Then manually change the color for each word just like I show later in the video. It just takes a little bit more time. Hope that helps.

Adobe Premiere doesn't let you animate caption tracks (hopefully they fix this soon...) The auto generate feature is awesome but it makes caption tracks instead of text layers. Text layers can have animation added to them. A work around is to copy paste the text into a text layer that you have cut to match each break in caption. 1) I have 40 clips in a video but I only want 1 of the 40 clips captioned. Is that possible? 2) I want the captioned text to appear without the onlooker having to click the CC button. Is that possible?

1. Yes! Create a seperate timeline with the clip you want and then you can use Premier's auto transcribe and caption feature. 2. Yes! Following this tutorial will do that!
