7753 has a date adjusted by a pushed in the case side usually, not on the crown. This is the difference with 7750. To change the dial position, Chinese brand uses extra gear on 7750.

So absolutely no word on the finish of the case. In all the pics I've seen of Detroit Mint watches, the brushing looks really rough. I'm hoping they look better in person.

I bought the mecaquartz gold bullhead a year or so ago. Fantastic watch! I’ve eyed several more pieces from Detroit Mint just this week. Great range.👍🏼🇦🇺

I have their bullhead with the mechaquartz movement. It's very nice and half the price of this automatic version. It's reminiscent of Brad Pitt's Citizen bullhead that he wore in the movie ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD.

Very interesting watch. I had never heard of this brand before. I also didn't know this cloned movement existed. I've seen a lot of AliExpress watches and I don't recall ever seeing this movement in any of them. The Seagull ST19 movement seems to be the go to movement for chronographs. Funny that the first time I see one it's in an American brand. I own quite a few watches with the ST19 movement and so far they are all working properly. I wonder what the reliability of this movement will be?

It's a Dandong/Peacock 4613D / 7750. I just got a Daytona homage with one sporting the Daytona mod moving the second hand to the 6. They got it down to 12.5mm think. But again, it's a Daytona style case at 39mm.

i have an original citizen bullhead which i bought restored for £450 a lot more sculpted on the sides .the sides of these watches are a bit slab like and uninteresting tbh

How well do these Chinese 7750 knockoffs work? I doubt it would hold up as well. They're probably using cheaper metals and are not quality checking it as much either. Even higher end Seiko auto chronos require a lot more service than standard swiss automatic movements. I wouldn't put a lot of faith in these Chinese knockoff movements given how the Japanese can't keep up.
