Automatic paper Rolling and Batching

You will see that I "finish roll" a few sets off the mandrel that did not roll up all the way.
I wasn't sure while running it, what was the cause.
I've been fighting this stock, as it has lost much of its moisture content and is stiff as a board.
But I make a small timing adjustment about 1/3 of the way into the video that solved this issue.
There are GRIPPERS, embedded inside that mandrel.
And there is of course, a timing module for when they fire.
I had the timing set incorrectly, and they were letting go of the paper too soon causing it to not roll up all the way. A very simple adjustment. As the design engineer of all my equipment, even when it is finished it requires my learning how to run it, and get efficient at it.
I tell everybody that I train, they should always be WAY BETTER, at running my equipment than me if they are doing it regularly. Hope you Enjoy the Video! It actually is a very fun machine to operate.
