श्रीमान, मैंने आपका वीडियो देखा और, काफी पसंद आया, लेकिन मैं थोड़ा कन्फ्यूजन मे हू, कि मुझे BOSCH का वाशिंग मशीन लेना चाहिए या LG का, क्योंकि BOSCH में जो ecosilence drive moter, है जिसके कुछ रिव्यू देखे है मैंने की ecosilence drive की वजह से moter, LG के मुताबिक Noise काफी कम देता है, और ecosilence drive moter मे कार्बन भी नहीं लगता direct drive के मुताबिक, इसलिए ecosilence drive ज्यादा durebal और लो मेंटेनेंस है, direct drive के मुताबिक! so क्या सच है, और क्या Best है, please बताये! मेरा दूसरी जानकारी दीजिए की क्या एलजी के मशीन मे किस सायकिल (प्रोग्राम) मे कितना कपड़ा मशीन मे डालना चाहिए, और मशीन कितनी इलेक्ट्रिक कंज्यूम कर रही है, उसका इंडिकेटर और उसे कस्टमाइज्ड कर कम या ज्यादा करने का ऑप्शन है या नहीं, क्योंकि ये ऑप्शन भी सायद BOSCH में है, सो इस कन्फ्यूजन को भी कृपया दूर करने की कृपया करे! और सर मुझे तीसरी शिकायत है LG से की LG अपना खुद का वाशिंग मशीन ट्रॉली स्टैण्ड, वाशिंग मशीन कवर, इनलेट वाटर फिल्टर, क्यों नहीं बनती, या बेचती! सर मैं अपनी बात बताऊ तो मुझे LG की वाशिंग मशीन ज्यादा पसंद है Look wise(देखने में) , क्योंकि बाकी तो मैं LG के बारे मे ज्यादा नहीं जानता! और मुझे 30 January से पहले वाशिंग मशीन अपने लिए खरीदना है, So please इन सभी कन्फ्यूजन को दूर करने की कृपा करे! मेरा नाम - परमानन्द पिता का नाम - राजकिशोर ठाकुर निवासी - मुजफ्फरपुर (बिहार) संपर्क संख्या - 9308592228

मेरी Bosch कम्पनी की front loaded washing machine खराब होगई हैं। कम्पनी सर्विस सेंटर पर चैक कराने पर बताया कि आपका drum खराब होगया हैं ,जो कि complete unit में मिलता हैं इसमे 13-14 हजार लगेंगे। आप कोई सस्ता उपाय बताए।क्योंकि bosch का drum ,star and bearing जो कि sealed होता हैं उसके अलग अलग स्पेयर नहीं मिलतें हैं।

@@SmartProductCafe After writing to you I visited LG and Samsung both. In Lg 11kg Direct Drive Inverter technology is available. In which there is no pully ,gearbox,belts etc. But in Samsung almost in all top load fully automatic washing machine it has DIT (DIRECT DRIVE INVERTER TECHNOLOGY) which is directly mounted on drum to make machine more energy efficient and to reduce vibrations.
