Hi Emma, prior to seeing your channel I was meditating and got to see the black door but couldn't go through it. Played the above, didn't get to see the door but did feel the energizes in my fingers and hand. I'll keep trying till I can walk through the door. Thanks Russell

Thank you for this, I haven't tried automatic writing since I was about 15 and have felt called to it recently. It's so hard to know whether its your own thoughts though. What I did notice was an URGE to write, rather than pondering...I just wrote, and quickly! Much quicker than I would usually write. Here was my message... . . . . . . . When did you last take time to reflect? How do you feel? What does it mean to you? Where are you going? What do you need? Grasp it. Be kinder. Have fun. Do what you need to do. Don't let others bring you down. It does not matter. We can always be there for you no matter what it is you need.

I got so emotional & cried🥲 I NEVER cry but I think I got the most beautiful message with my struggles lately. "I see myself a presence never knowing what's right. I don't know how to love when I'm not in the right space. Allow me to help you through this by acknowledging what's within you. You are wonderful. A beautiful being. The highest of them all. You don’t need to know it all… just go with the flow. Live in the present moment. Stop thinking too much in the past, you can’t change it. Stop thinking too far into the future… you can’t change that either. It is what it is. Be a child again. Play, be curious, be hopeful. Appreciate and love your family and friends. Just love. Save your judgements. Look at people as light. Some are dimmer than others, but that is through hurt or trauma not because they are bad people. Be open to all people. Love, it really is the only way in this life. You still have a lot to learn yet. But you will get to a place of pure peace when it is your time to leave here.

I seen my spirit Guide I couldn't see it it was a big figure figure it hugged me very dearly dearly I pushed it away then I fell down then it picked me up and I puto me up and put me back through the door and it loved me I felt this loved it's love that I've never felt before In a meditation I literally cried

I recieved this message and I'm confused but happy, I don't have this memory at least in this lifetime. The sea is making sounds while I'm talking to you, I like that, it reminds me of that time we where catching crystals at the beach then we left them back where they where, just like mother earth wants, but we couldn't stop contemplating those gems we had in our hands, there was no way out of that state of happiness, we couldn't stop looking at each other and I'm not sure how to do this but I know that you don't either so let's work together what do you think? I think it's a great idea and I'm happy to be with you right now, thank you for recieving and being so happy that's how we all want to see you. The moon fell into the night as it's suposed to and you looked beautiful as allways I didn't know what to do so I touched your hair, you had curls back then too, but not natural, you allways wanted to have them. Today I have other intentions, I know you're really bussy with things that I don't care about and that you won't care about in the future, but never forget about love, never forget to spend time with the people that you love the most or leave them behind because they make you who you are and that's the thing you'll remember the most. Not any other resource that this world makes you believe it's important really matters, there's nothing more important than love.
