I had horrible events happen in my life this year, which triggered anxiety attacks. Like many people, I never thought that I’d have anxiety attacks. I am finally recovering after a couple months of battling debilitating anxiety. Here’s what helped me! In case anyone needs some advice, ill leave some below (I know I did). Just remember, you’ll get through this, I thought I wouldn’t and I have. This video is part of my daily routine now and has helped tremendously. What helped me: 1. Run 1 mile every other day or Everyday if possible. Any excerise really for 1 hr. 2. Meditate 1 or 2 times a day. 3. Drink chamomile tea before bed to help body relax 4. Purchase 12 lb stress blanket and use when feeling anxious 5. Eat healthy meals 6. Limit screen time about two and a half hours before bed. 7. Do something you enjoy, to take your mind off things! Don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t see progress quickly, be kind to yourself. Be at peace with whats happening to you and know it will be ok in the end.

Most mindful breathing techniques are extremely helpful. (4-7-8 ), Exhaling slightly longer than inhale will help relaxation. Making these techniques a habit takes some willpower, just like making any new habit or breaking any bad habit. Some of these things take as little as 3 to 5 mins.,2 or 3 times a day & it's free. If you need they stress relief nothing could be easier. It's worth it. Seeing relief will take a few weeks, but it is a starting point, Then adding some guided meditation will build positively from that point.

9:18 a.m. My son got married and his wedding party is today. Family who I haven't see for years are coming and my body is wracked with pain, my mind Ed with anxiety just when I should be full of joy. This video helped me tremendously. Everything hurt so badly this morning I didn't know how I was going to function. I am so grateful for your help in sharing this. I will definitely share it with other people. I teach stress management myself, but I am by no means exempt from pain and anxiety myself. Thank you!

I developed anxiety/insomnia/ depression/ stress because of coronavirus and my doctor prescribed me zolpidem/Alprozolam/hydroxizine, meclizine but those didn’t work so I was told to go to the ER the two days ago because I’ve been having insomnia for two weeks ..I didn’t catch even a single hour of sleep so I was having migraines and shortness of breath, dizziness, heart palpitations. I also took deep breaths in between but that didn’t help so much.. I was just totally out of it. This medication made me cry and cured my anxiety/insomnia. Thank you so much!🤗

Please start taking magnesium GLYCINATE, no other magnesium will help because the body cannot absorb it. Glycinate is the best, most absorbable magnesium. I suggest this out of pure experience and years and years of illness and one of them is anxiety and mental illness. Last year I went through a phase of 4 months where I would have panic attacks over and over every day. 3-7 panic attacks a day. After taking magnesium glycinate after 2-3 months they completely went away. Not joking. No medication either with that. I just took 400-800mg of it daily and it helped me so much. Anxiety didn’t go away but I no longer had panic attacks and my nervous system started to calm down DRAMATICALLY. Get a good one with no additives and stuff, iHerb is good and ships worldwide.

Yea, I understand, think the same way, especially with my ADD and my compulsions. But yea, I think we'll be able to eventually pass that part. Maybe if the voice prepares you, like a soft intro were she acknowledges our baggage and assures us we'll still be able to leave it behind, for now, until it doesn't bother anymore. It may be a way to help us carry that emotional burden just for today.

The library I imagine during this mediation gets more beautiful each time. Each floor before my unconscious mind seems to be more peaceful. This is amazing. Nowadays, I battle with my mind a lot. More so than everyone I’ve ever shared my difficulties with. It’s like I feel alone, unique to a fault, and even broken. My issue is that I tend to doubt my health and the capability of my body to handle the gamut of strong emotions like stress, anxiety, anger, sadness, extreme joy, fear and panic. Somewhere I lost that quiet confidence I took for granted in my younger years, as fear is no longer something I am able to handle without it escalating to something stronger like panic and pressure in my head and chest. Feeling at my wits end, I sought the help of a therapist and she prescribed some guided meditation. I’ve checked out a few videos and although those are good in their own right, nothing leaves feeling as empowered after every session as yours. I thank you from the bottom of my heart that there are people like you in this world who bother to create aids for people who feel as broken as I did/do (I still have a bit of work to do, but feel even more hopeful after finding this vid). My apologies for the rambling, but thanks again. This is life changing
