Please try again by changing the resolution. To change the resolution, move to Settings -> System and select the resolution as 1600*900 which will make the screen scaling to 100%

Hi, could you pls try again by enabling the developer mode on the extension? In chrome, Click on the 3 dots button on the top right-> More tools -> Extensions. On the upper right corner -> Enable Developer Mode.

Hey, I have installed AA 2019 version. I followed the same steps as mentioned in the video but it is not working. After recording when I click run after downloading dependencies a pop up window appears stating "There was a problem in line1. Cannot find window or app titled 'Gmail - Email from Google-Google Chrome'. I have installed the extension and bot agent, even if I run the message box with a small message it is working,kindly help

Earlier, we had to, but now Preload Package option has been introduced. You will get Preload Package option at the top right corner under laptop symbol in A2019 control room

Hi Mam, After clicking on Recorder icon: Options are shown as: Universal and AISense Recorder. I am continuing the recording with Universal recorder option. Also many recorder actions have been captured i.e. per text area field one recorder step Please confirm if this expected behavior as per latest version.

Hi, as per latest version, you can use Universal Recorder. Many recorder actions will too work in the same way. Did you use Tab to fill in the details and still got multiple recorder actions?

Hi Sudhanshu, In A2019, bots are configured to run on Windows 10 only, so you received this error. Try to switch to Windows 10, you won't get this error.

Hi Monica, such error occurs if both the versions of Automation Anywhere , i.e. A11 and A2019 are installed on the system. Please let me know if you have the same case.

@@monicapolepaka6715 okay, please check if Automation Anywhere extension is installed on chrome. For that , move to top right corner of Chrome and click on 3 dots. Move to More Tools -> Extensions. Check whether Automation Anywhere Extension is available on the page. If yes, enable Develops Mode available on the top right corner of the page. Restart AA and try to work on the bot again. If not, you will have to uninstall the bot agent and install it again along with AA Extension. Hope it helps, let me know for any further query.

hello mam I was install A2019 successfully I have the message box bot successfully But when i was trying to do recorder Recorder start ....then i select covid 19 browser window .....but it doesnt highlight or donot rectangle the table and if i click any where in that window it through the message "Recoder has experienced an internal error. Please stop recording and try again" I was trying this recoder since last 3 day but same message I got. so please help. thank you

Thanks a lot for the video, I forgot my username and password and can't able to login into "AA2019 Enterprise" AA 2019 enterprise installed with Windows login credentials not on SQL server , for community edition will be getting mail to reg mail, but for enterprise it has started on local host If i want to use with some other mail , i have registered with automation anywhere partner login in which i will get benefits so i can't use other email Hope u got my problem and please resolve it if there is a email support for automation anywhere , could u pls provide to me?? solution is much needed

@@mdistiyak6460 You will have to install the bot agent again. Please follow the below steps: 1. Delete the Device from your AA Control Room (Go to Device > My Devices under the A2019 Control room , click on 3 dots on your device row and delete the device ) 2. Uninstall AA Bot Agent from Windows Control Panel 3. Restart your windows operating system 4. Go to the Control Panel and see if the AA Bot Agent is completely uninstalled 5. Go to Services and check if the AA Bot Agent Service is completely removed 6. . Go to the folder: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\ . Check if you are able to see: AutomationAnywhere folder, If present then rename it to: AutomationAnywhere_Old 7. Once 4, 5, and 6 are confirmed then download and install the new AA Bot Agent 8. Click on laptop icon present on top right corner of the control room and Provide your system credentials - username(domain/username) and password under Device Credentials 9 .Under the laptop icon present on top right corner of the control room and click on Connect device. 10. Follow the steps, your device will be connected
