Basically, it sounds like you’re Joe Blow. It’s just trying to figure out what’s wrong with your car you have no idea if you don’t have any automotive knowledge and you want to test solenoids in a transmission some of them will turn on and off to function testing and some of them won’t, but you need to know what you’re doing what you’re looking at it’s not just 123 you gotta have knowledge of automotive

Trying not using Bluetooth and using direct wired. If that doesn’t work, contact customer service. They are constantly updating the app

I clicked on your link to purchase it but Cadillac Escalade is not mentioned in the car compatibility list. It's my car and I wouldn't want this obd to be incompatible

If I remember correctly, there’s is an Escalade option. If I was home I would go through the Scanner and find out the years. I’m confident I saw a GMT900 gen in there

Do you have to pay every year in order for this OBD reader to work ? If you dont pay does that still work ? Do you need to have internet to used it ?
