It's best to spray a wet bed over the whole area before sealer to help with adhesion of the dry spray and clearcoat.

what's the use of sealer before the base coat ???

If you brought your color to the leading edge of that door it will never match the front door I wish you would go into detail of blending and techniques like flicking and on harder colors like golds light blues turning your fluid down and go from full coverage on repaired area to no paint on that leading edge and like you said make it an angle to trick your eye and clearing to the next body gap

What size tip did you use for the sealer? I am having a very difficult time with PPG DAS3021 2K urethane sealer to get a full wet coat without sags. I have never had anything like this issue before so I am trying to gather as much info as I can. I am using the 3M performance gun with a 1.4. The gun with the same tip works great for basecoat so that adds to the confusion. Thank you.
