Does that spinner knob fit on any type of seetring wheel

Most all standard size steering wheels it’ll work I have one of these on a Ford truck and a Nissan as shown. If the wheel is vary thin it might not grip as well though I haven’t ran into that. I can get the width of the grip if you need.

Yeah where can I buy it And I am looking to get a Nissan 2006 or 2007 Or any year lower than that
