Does anyone know if the PV3 does the entire power range as in closed loop portion, or is it only 80-100% when the ECU is in open loop? Thanks

Will a PV autotune module for a PV CX I had gotten for a Victory Octane work with any other PV? And yes, I know the CX is now obsolete and has been for several years. Just wanna know if the autotune module for it is universal, and can be used with any other PV.
