Autozam AZ-1 Suzuki Cara - Intake Manifold, Fuel Rail, Injector & Pressure Regulator Maintenace

Welp I can't make it to Lime Rock with my Cara. Sad. Anyways, let the parts cannon continue. Altering the fuel supply stuff changed how it behaves.
Doing the intake manifold removal job is really not that bad. You would need to do this if you had to do anything with your injectors such as cleaning/replacement/upgrade.
After doing it a second time I was able to remove everything and put it back in about an hour.

0:07 No throttle body hose thus no boost, what happens? (cold)
1:15 Checking intake manifold bolt pattern location
1:44 Remove intake manifold
4:20 Peeking inside the intake side of the head
5:40 Remove fuel rail to get injectors and pressure regulator

9:14 Spare fuel rail no noise
9:27 Clean off old gasket
9:41 Remove fuel pressure regulator

11:51 Reinstall everything
17:20 Once over and test - fail 6000ish rev limit but not as bouncy (spare rail and original pressure regulator)
19:54 Do it again. New rail and new pressure regulator (slightly higher than spec by 5psi)
21:08 Deleted some stuff
22:06 Try again
22:31 Cold engine rev 4000 limit
23:52 Warmed engine rev 5500 limit bouncy like before
24:17 Switch keisport 6100 rev limit less bouncy
25:27 Welp no Lime Rock for my Cara...

I still would scope the pick up/cam sensor in the distributor.....and scope the ignition coil. I could be one of those.

We scoped the ignition coil and it was good already. gotta do the same to the plugs.

whats the serial number for the injectors or is there an alternative replacement if i want to get some

You can use injectors that fit a Miata and many others. People up the injector size when they add more boost and stuff and use SARD 300cc stuff for like the N2 ecu.
