Welp I can't make it to Lime Rock with my Cara. Sad. Anyways, let the parts cannon continue. Altering the fuel supply stuff changed how it behaves.
Doing the intake manifold removal job is really not that bad. You would need to do this if you had to do anything with your injectors such as cleaning/replacement/upgrade.
After doing it a second time I was able to remove everything and put it back in about an hour.

17:20 Once over and test - fail 6000ish rev limit but not as bouncy (spare rail and original pressure regulator)
19:54 Do it again. New rail and new pressure regulator (slightly higher than spec by 5psi)
21:08 Deleted some stuff
22:06 Try again
22:31 Cold engine rev 4000 limit
23:52 Warmed engine rev 5500 limit bouncy like before
24:17 Switch keisport 6100 rev limit less bouncy
