We drive to Englethwaite Hall Caravan and Motorhome Club Site in late October 2022 and experience the beautiful autumn trees as we walk around this fabulous campsite in Cumbria, northern England.

It really is one of our favourites for a while. We don’t mind not having shower facilities as we can use our van for a few nights. The price is cheaper too 😃 It was difficult to leave but I think we will return next time we are in the area 😃 Trev

The problem with living on the east coast of East Anglia is that everywhere is a long way away 🤣 It’s over an hour to Cambridge and the QE Bridge at Dartford and Norwich too 🤷🏼‍♂️ So we have to put up with long drives where ever we go 🙂🚐 Always a pleasure to see Bob and Jenny 👍🏻 Trev

Looks a lovely site Trev, this time of year is always bittersweet the trees are beautiful colours but everything looks wet and grimy, the plus side is it’s quiet, like you we’re out all year although it’s amazing how fast the year has gone… we’re already booking 2023. Lovely song choice, Autumn does indeed come too soon.

Looks like a great campsite. Was listening to the that song and thinking, I used to feel that way. That autumn came too soon. But I actually look forward to it these days. Just wish it would last longer for us. Couple weeks in between summer and winter just isn't enough.

It was very pretty but some of the trees were bare. We missed it by a week or two but still sufficient colours to enjoy autumn/fall in the woodland campground 😃 Thanks for watching and your comments 👍🏻🚐 Trev

Looks a lovely site and we’ve nearly been a few times - it’s a shame it doesn’t have a facilities block (guess that might be planning or practicalities). Will have to give it a go. Ah… didn’t realise you were at Troutbeck but we went to dinner at The Mill just up the road on Saturday. We had a lovely meal and we went with 6 others so there was quite a gathering. On Sunday we had the long haul home in readiness for the Monday morning school run 😃 Trev
