Great ride, Dave/Ian it was great to see so many places I have been before and new places. Hope you enjoyed the views on the Sefton coastal path all the way to Liverpool.

Mixed bag with the weather there Dave. I did clock the church at Rufford where I'd been recently. Nice bridges by the Mersey too. ATB, Chris

Hi Dave Nice trip and stops along the way, Weather is what it is lol Don’t know if this will be an avenue I take as I enjoy the walks for exercise and you see more walking I feel, mind you make a good case for doing the bike packing, always enjoy the trips Cheers Adrian

You got Ian's phone back and dodged the weather - can't be bad Dave. Mind you it did piss down the next day but hey you managed to find some decent pit stops the boat house being one. I see you had the Lunar Solo out - ideal for bikepacking-light. Well, into the pool - I lived there for a while. It's a cool city especially if you arrive via some nice sections of canal. Good going - a fantastic autumn ride. Mark

Thanks Mark hope your well , inevitable that the rain appears but with some well timed stops it makes it bearable. Coming into Liverpool is easy and stress free via the canal. It was an enjoyable trip tho atb Dave ⛺️🍺🚲👍

I enjoyed that thanks. Bit rainy but I think Autumn is my favorite season .. I don't cover my bike on my trips but I've been thinking of getting a cover - I think you mentioned a poncho/cape, you don't happen to know the brand etc do you? Thanks

Hi it’s Ian, I use the Rab Silponcho, basically their siltarp 1 with a hood added👍🏻
