This dinner looks really tasty. I would cook the cabbage, because my stomach doesnt handle raw cabbage well 😉. And I would have to choose another fish, as we dont have this one in Switzerland. But otherwise, its perfect.

Thank you for your comment! Vegetables are common to all countries and regions, but fish is really different depending on the country or region where it is caught and eaten!

You are right, it really depends on the country concerning fish and seafood. For example, Switzerland is a landlocked country (and Japan is one of the biggest island nations of the world), so its totally different. We of course can also buy some saltwater fish/seafood here, but normally I prefer to buy freshwater fish. And indulge in seafood water fish/seafood, when I am in places like Japan or Thailand.

Next week! 😁😁😁 Maybe I'll be able to find this somewhere to try out. We'll be visiting Gundam Tokyo Base (I'm going to buy so many exclusive model kits!), Odaiba, Shibuya, and the Ghibli Park in Nagoya. I want to eat everything! I wonder if I can fly home with miso...
