Good choice! I love it. The plant will spread once established so this is a perennial to give space to. Don’t cram in neighbouring plants too closely. And it can be lifted and divided every 3 or 4 years to produce new clumps to plant elsewhere or pot and share with friends.

I love this video. Whoever is recording the video, is doing a great job. Close-ups (thanks God, not of the slugs again, lol) is much appreciated. If the Adam, and Eve from the Bible see your Garden, they will be very jealous. Thank you so much. I feel so uplifted now, and will follow your tips. I must also watch your video on pansies. I guess it's too late to start them from seed. I also forgot to dig up my tulips, but I'll buy some new varieties, and then see if the forgotten ones show themselves next spring.

Such a comprehensive list of autumn plants and chores to tackle! Thank-you Adam. Could you consider a video on staking plants sometime in the future? I sometimes struggle with the timing of staking so that it’s not too early and obtrusive, nor too late and the plants look a mess. Probably a better topic for spring than fall, but it’s on my mind after staking up a very tall aster that I had yet again convinced myself wouldn’t flop. The staking is now rather obvious and annoying, and I would like to do better next year. We’re always hoping that next year will be better, aren’t we?
@Adams-Gardening-Guides2 ай бұрын
Great suggestion. Staking and supporting plants can be very tricky, and I struggle with this too. I do cover this in some of the lectures I give so will start filming over the coming months so I can develop a video for the future. Thanks for the idea.

@@Adams-Gardening-Guides Another great video Adam, thank you so much information in there, something for everyone. I am definitely buying a golden hops climber now! If you are looking for suggestions for the future I would love to see a video show casing your established garden structure, like the trees, evergreens and many established shrubs and climbers I spot in the background whilst watching your videos, there is so much to see you have a wonderful garden and the care and hard work that goes into it really shines through.

Hi Adam Thank you very much for this video. It's a pleasure to see all of your plants thriving. I am a keen gardener, a bit out of practice however. I am still trying to get to grips again with perrenials, hardy, evergreens etc. I don't have a greenhouse but I do have a garage and a shed, neither have windows. Therefore I'm wondering, if I purchase plants in the future, how to protect the likes of fuchias, dahlias and others over winter. I have purchased some bulbs online, they will be arriving soon. We rent our property and I will be planting up many things in pots. I really loved the stripey grass you pointed out and the sunflower. Do you plant up a lot of plants in 3s? I loved the winter arrangement you potted up. I noticed at our local supermarket today that they had violas at two packs of 8 for £4. I thought this was a bargain. I will pop back there tomorrow and snap some up. Thanks again
