I totally agree, it's the little moments that you build into everyday that make the difference. Small moments of escapism and downtime is so important. We are conditioned to believe that we must always be busy, working hard and earning lots of money, but too much focus is put on these things. I love to take daily walks in nature, it's so beneficial! This is why I love living by the sea! Feel the sand between my toes, smell the freshness of the sea air , fill the wind blowing through my hair and dipping my feet in the sea. Love it though often forget all about how close I am to the sea as I live more inland but not that far away (a short bus journey away) x

I thought it was Exmoor at first. If you go right over the top of the national park, the areas around the Doone Valley and over the border in Devon, such as Lynton and Lynmouth, are very similar. Some of the landscapes around there are out of this world. There’s nothing like it in the rest of England, not even Cornwall. But if you think about it, before the Bristol Channel formed, South Wales and Exmoor would’ve been joined.

This video reminded me how much I love life. I live in the City. I’m currently a university student. I have sooo much to do specially because I’m going on a trip to Europe soon, so I need to get a lot of things done. And I think I’m getting sick or maybe it’s just a cold. Anyway, I’ve been stressed out. I was supposed to do so many things today but after the first task I just came back to bed and started watching your videos. I was reminded that I need rest. That I love life. That all of these things aren’t as terrible as they feel. Everything that I do, I do because I can, I get to. I love Autumn the season but I also love the concept we’ve created of Autumn. It’s not even Autumn where I live, Spring is about to start. But I’m feeling the fall in my blood. Maybe because I’ll be in Autumn for three weeks. Then I’ll come home to spring. At least I’ll get to fool the seasons and be where I love. These videos of yours I’ve been watching were exactly what I needed today. I’m so grateful you exist and you made this. ❤️

Dear Andriana...I have been watching you for quite some time and enjoy your channel even though I am old enough to be your mum...however my question is how did you lose your weight...you always say you spend quality time with your husband and children and although I do that food seems to be a problem with so many mind sets ...was there anything you read that would help me...I need to loose 60 lbs and I have not hit the right book or been able to get the family to the right mind set...thank you for your content 💚
