I literally laughed out loud when your husband started grabbing bags and putting the loaves of bread in them. I wouldn't have been able to resist them either! These villages are truly the stuff fairy tales are made of. The beauty of the land, the historical cottages, the animals in the fields are beyond charming. I would love to live there also!

I live in Somerset too, and this year discovered the "Avalon Marshes" / Somerset Levels area near Glastonbury. This is the flat area that floods, just north of Bridgewater, and is full of pools and lakes and water fowl birds. We went yesterday and at sunset 100s of white Egrets flew over to roost. A total suprise as we never knew we had so many in this country. The sunset was spectacular with the sun reflecting in the pools and the trees glowing orange. There are several Nature Reserves in the Levels, each has a small coffee shop. I think you would enjoy them. We also saw Marsh Harriers - a bird of prey. Pre-Historic man lived here, using peat for fuel and hunting the abundant bird life for food and fishing for eels in the rivers. A very interesting area.

Such a lovely video, the Cotswolds are probably one of the most idyllic places in the UK. The houses are beautiful and in such a beautiful setting. I am English, we have 100's of villages, most of them are go back many centuries and are beautiful, often with a church, village pub, school, shop/post office. If you get a chance, come and visit. We have fishing villages based around small harbours, villages with streams running through, villages high up in the hills. Villages surrounding the local "Big House" or Castle. Before the Industrial revolution, most people lived a rural life in the villages in the countryside, before eventually moving to the cities and factories that later emerged. Our cities are big, but interesting. Some very beautiful, others not so.

It's so beautiful there. Thank you for sharing. We don't have such a beautiful place here in the US. Sorry people make comments about what you eat. I find myself not being able to eat too much sweet stuff because it is overstimulating and makes me feel sick. I've never been one to pig out on "junk food" and therefore don't see it as a bad thing. I believe everything in moderation can be good.

Lovely video, I think you would love luckington village the church was used for pride and prejudice 1995, if you love over one of the walls you can sneakily take a photo of longbourn ( luckington court) it’s for sale still but at 9 million what can you expect. But still lovely as long as u don’t mind roller coaster country rds. We drove there from lacock village used as meryton in same tv drama but also Harry Potter and the pub used for poldark! But it’s 1hr 15 minutes away from Somerset xx luckington I mean x

Another cosy vlog! You look amazing. I have not been on my usual diet snd exercise regime this past month due to injury so I haven't been able to run. I can feel the pounds creeping on. I’m sorry people don’t seem to believe what your saying abt your weight, that your lying or not being completely truthful. But ya know, it has to do with our health issues, metabolism, genetics, blood type, mental or emotional issues, allergies yadda yadda, were all not created equal in our bodies internal behavior or process. We all have to find what works for us. I’m 66 and have had weight issues my whole life, I’m not obese but am chunky and at some point in our life we learn to except it and live on and if someone else is jealous or doesn’t like it then they too can move on! Is about loving ourselves , if we do, then our body calms down and can start healing and some of that natural healing can come in the way of starting to loose weight without trying. So, your doing great for what works for you and thank those who share such things but return it with loving kindness and thank those you lift you up. and.... keep loving yourself too! 🌸🙂 Adriana thank you for your kind shares and kind personality. Lovely video, I know you love your knitwear and you put them on hangers, i heard you should fold them instead because the hangers ruin them, have you noticed this as i am scared to put mine on hangers in case they get ruined and stretch, mine don't contain any wool as i am vegan but still have some nice ones. You enjoy your cake occasionally you have to have some treats in life. Look forward to your next video.xx

I've heard that as well, but I've hung mine my entire life and never noticed any changes. Perhaps if the jumpers hang for years, gravity could potentially make them stretch, but that would be the case with almost anything that has the potential to be stretched.

Beautiful video Adriana and thank you for your honesty. Quick question, how do you work out calories for things like the pastries and breads which are not packaged and therefore not listed, something I always struggle with?!

Just use something similar as a point of reference and approximate how many kcal there might be. It’s ok if it’s once in a while, small error one way or another won’t change the bigger picture of your calorie intake in a week or month timeframe, especially if you’re being on point with your calories 90% of time :)
